Terms and Conditions

• All products remain the property of Sapcote Commercial Bodies Limited until paid for in full.
• All deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of ordering a bespoke product.
• All vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless a prior arrangement has been made. Any vehicle that has not been collected within 7 days without prior agreement will be subject to a £30 a day storage charge.
• In the warranty the term fair use policy relies on the judgement of Sapcote Commercial Bodies Limited, of whether the body has sustained major abuse by the user which resulted in damage that was not a result of design or material breakdown.
• All aspects of designs remain the property of Sapcote Commercial Bodies Limited, any infringement of copyright on the designs will be enforced by law.
